Every part of your body, brain, organs, sensory organs, tissue muscle, bones, and limbs are reflected in the colon. This means that every point and area on the colon corresponds to some part of the body. 1. Change the way that you eat and help your body during its normal body cycles. The body detoxifies from 8 am to noon, so don't eat any heavy food during this period. 2. Eat more fiber. Fiber helps to keep your colon clean and free of constipation and of other disease. Get your fiber from fruits and vegetables and natural grain. Keeping your colon in good health can save you a lot of misery later in life. Plan to remove toxic matter from your colon since this is key to rejuvenating your body. Eat a diet high in fiber, at least 25 to 30 grams per day, to keep your colon strong and healthy. Follow the body principle of detoxifying from 8 am to noon using fruit, vegetables and their juices.
