The naughty costume for men is the egotistical Scotsman! Order a highlander costume and make sure it has a plaid skirt and all the accessories. Go out and get a skin tone color stocking and fill it with foam, tie off the tip to give it the, well you know. Then wrap it around your waist, letting it hang just below your skirt. It will be the most outrageous costume ever.
