So your feeling a little low?...The world is against you?...and you've just about given up? Stop... I’m going to share with you something that, well to be honest, your just going to kick your self that it had never accured to you before that something so simple could make you feel soooo much better than you do now! First of all I'm going to start by asking you to think about why you feel so low? This could be a number of things, feeling fat?...Ugly?...Spotty?...

Or maybe your feelings go a little deeper than that? You’ve done bad things?…Hurt the one’s you love? Made your self feel miserable in the process?
The first thing to remember is that we all make mistakes, because of our age, our maturity, our ability to deal with certain situations in the correct manner.

There is not a single near perfect sole on this planet who hasn’t made a mistake, and we all deserve to be happy despite our malfunctions. The key ingredient to dealing with your wrong doings is to admit to them, if you have hurt or upset someone in someway then apologise and hold your hands up and say you were wrong, trust me, you’ll feel a whole lot better in the long run and you may even gain a little respect for your admittance.

Now I am undoubtedly one of those people who has had a major malfunction or two! However I have learnt to remember that I am not the only one and that there will always be some other person who has done far worse than me and yes I do take comfort in that and so should you.

It is important to have something for yourself that makes you feel good, especially if you have youngsters to look after because when your happy your world around you is happy, and nothing else is more important than your world around you.
