Some students may find that laying a transparent sheet of green paper over reading material increases reading speed and comprehension. Green can relieve stress and help heal, and it also has calming effect.

Yellow is a bright color which often described as cheery, warm, happiness and good times. It can make people feel optimistic and also an attention-getting color. It has the power to speed up our metabolism and bring out some creative thoughts, and if used in the right place it can be an effective toll in marketing to greater sales. But yellow is the most fatiguing to the eye because of the high amount of light that is reflected, and create feeling of frustration and anger. Studies show that babies cry more in yellow rooms, especially in bright yellow rooms, and can also increase the metabolism.

Purple is the symbol of royalty and wealth. The color stimulates the brain activity used in problem solving, so it usually represents wisdom and spirituality. Many girls like pink very much. Pink is considered as the color of love. It is associated with romance, love, soothed and gentle feelings. Pink is thought to have a calming effect, but this effect can only occur during the initial exposure to the color.
