-Do you want to go up stairs, play football and enjoy with your kids? Then you should know that you can gain strength just by exercising regularly for about 30 minutes per day.

-Have you seen anyone with a heart disease? It is so bad, right? Do you know that regular workout decrease your chances of getting a heart disease?
