Staying fit hasn't always been easy for most of us. We don't the time with our busy schedules to get a complete work out in. With out busy schedules we don't always eat healthy meals and in some cases this will cause overeating.

Here is how you can conquer your unwanted pounds:

-Look For Your Weakness

-Experts say psychology plays a huge part in overeating, yo-yo diets and your body weight. You must change your eating habits or you will continue to look like what you eat.

-Have Confidence In Yourself

-The way you look is a direct reflection of your thoughts. Before you can start any weight loss program, You need to belive in yourself and know you can be successful. Most of us struggled for years with our focus. You got lazy and started enjoying the lunches and dinners out with clients and co-workers, or stopping off at your favorite bar for a few beers.

-Burn Off The Fat

-Start slow work yourself up to a work out schedule that can include running a mile a day, plus lifting weights. You set a time that you know you can stick with that time 5 days a week. As far as your running, start running a couple of blocks, then walk a block, then run a couple of blocks until you have completed one mile (10 city blocks). Each day you run a hundred feet farther each day. You will find that you will be walking less and running more each day until until you are running the whole mile.

-Start lifting three days a week, lift light since you are reducing your weight and body fat. You don't want to lift heavy weights because that will just increase your body weight.

-Dump The Chow Hounds

-If your buddies or co-workers gorge themselves on crappy food, look for a healthier crowd to hang with. You can often tell the way your career or life is going by looking at the five people you spend the most time with. Your inner circle is a direct reflection of who you are. Change those people – if you aren't all on the same page – an it will change your life.

-Find Real Motivation

-A half-ass effort leads to only half-ass results, so do what it takes to ensure that you put in the work. Think about how bad you want it. If you really have a problem with your weight and overeating. You can find the energy to do something about it, before it is too late.
