Visitors to Sharm El Sheikh can find hotels to suit every taste and budget. Whether they are looking for something small and cozy or would prefer a large resort complex with every facility available on site. Located near the southern tip of the Sinai, Sharm El Sheikh is one of the fastest growing holiday destinations in Egypt. The all inclusive package includes local alcohol normally between the hours of 10am to midnight. Meals and snacks are available throughout the day without having to find extra spending money.

The divers who visit Sharm El Sheikh often return many times each year and they usually prefer smaller, family run hotels. These accommodations often have a number of single rooms for which no supplement is charged making them ideal for anyone travelling solo. They also offer good value for those who are happy staying on a bed and breakfast only basis.

With the Red Sea just minutes from most hotels, diving, snorkeling and watersports are very popular. Almost every hotel will have its own center so their guests can enjoy the warm clear water which is abundant with corals and colored fish. The high salinity means buoyancy is not a problem and even the poorest swimmer can enjoy the view beneath the surface without effort.

The year round sunshine and almost zero rainfall keep the sea water warm all year. In the summer months it is around 30C and even in the coldest winter rarely drops below 20C. Year round sunshine is a big attraction for many guests and if the sea is not for you, then every hotel has at least one pool. Many are heated in winter and you will be provided daily with towels to use by the pool or on the beach.

The Egyptian people are extremely friendly and have an uncanny ability to remember returning guests even after many years absence. Every member of staff from the lowliest waiter to the hotel manager will greet repeat guest like old friends. This might be the reason that families continue to book the same hotels year after year.
