Genital warts are also known as condylomata acuminate or venereal warts. These are caused by Human Pappiloma Virus (HPV). Try to eat food rich in beta-carotene and folic-acid as well as eat lots of green leafy vegetables. Mixture of baking soda and castor oil is one of the effective home remedies for genital warts. It can be applied directly on the warts.

Try to avoid cigarettes and oral contraceptives. One should use condom while having sexual relationship with new partner. Avoid sharing undergarments and towels. Fingering of genitals should be avoided. Try to keep the affected area free from chemicals. One should avoid wearing tight and synthetic undergarments as they can scratch the affected area. Fruits like pineapple and papaya should be included in diet. These home remedies for genital warts are easy to follow and safe to practice.
