Riga is a fairly large city; the places interesting to tourists are located around the monument of Freedom and Old town. The best way to see them is a walking tour. From here it won't take you long to find a tempting pub to whet your whistle in. We also recommend you check out the Dome Cathedral and its surrounding square of cafes, bars and restaurants; perfect for lazing around outside with a drink during the summer months.
