To gain height you can also wear trousers that are slightly tight till the knees and then flares out. These types of trousers will make both men and women look taller. Along with the vertical strip shirts and the correct trousers you can also wear high heeled shoes to gain height. If you cannot wear high heeled shoes, then you can wear insoles in your shoes to make you look taller.
