With the modern day living fast pace life style more and more persons are suffering from high blood pressure and other heart diseases. Infact persons as young as 30 years of age are suffering from cardiac problems. Here is an easy and dirt cheap cure.

What is the way out? Try to relax as much as is possible and as much as you can afford. In case you are advised (prescribed) allopathic drugs, be sure to know that any and every drug might alleviate the disease. But they also have bad side effects.

I had suffered 2 heart attacks and had undergone heart surgery in 1998 at a whopping Rs. 2.25 lacs (today it would have grown to 7-8 lacs).

However, around the year 2007, the BP again began to be abnormally high and there was pain also in the chest and left arm and leg. I was advised to undergo surgery again.

Instead I learnt about Arjun Bark's efficacy in curing heart probems and blood vessels diseaes on the Tv lectures by Swami Ram Dev. I did not believe in his advice. A neighbour told me to try it and follow his prescription as it would not cost much, monthly cost being only as much as a candy a day for a child.

Lo and I did follow and today I have no problem with the chest and left arm and leg pain. Before I began taking Arjun bark My blood pressure would be around 175/98. And after I began taking it the BP is around 110/70. ( After sleep/rest it is 95/60). The cholesterol levels are also normal.
