Use fruit juices wisely: Again, watch the amount of processing. The healthiest fruit juices are those you make at home. Next best is purchased juices with the pulp remaining. The more processing, the fewer nutrients retained. Read the labels.

Use fruit to replace less healthy snacks: Admitted that snacks are delicious and inviting. Still want them? Grab a piece of fruit instead, your body will thank you!

Choose canned fruit with less sugar: Sugar make you getting fatter and fatter and broken your tooth. Fruit tastes wonderful on its own. You rarely find anyone who needs more sugar in their diet. Take advantage of the canned fruits containing lower amounts of sugar.
