We were on our annual vacation visiting one of our friends farm house. We were at least five families with lots of kids. It was great fun to be around with your friends as well as have all the time in the world to do your favorite activity. Some of us went for fishing to a nearby lake, some went hiking, some were just relaxing and catching up with their lost sleep on hammock, but some of us went to explore the nature to a nearby hill. We were a group of three people, nature lovers you can say. All of us wandered and recognized new plants, discussed their benefits or peculiar characteristics. The flora and fauna was wonderful, we were amused with the nature’s gift to us. Just a few feet away from us there was a small house and we could sight some people around. We approached them. They welcomed us and seemed to be very friendly. After normal pleasantries they told us that they were doctors and were carrying out some research on natural IBS treatment. Irritable bowel syndrome is something which is very much commonly found among humans. irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is basically chronic gastrointestinal disorder caused by unknown factors. Combining regular exercise certainly helps in improving overall digestion and health.
