Happiness can lead you to creative thinking and "Thought" is creative energy which will bring to you the things you habitually entertain.

Thought is very powerful and the thought that we harbour, be it consciously or unconsciously will eventually find expression in our outer lives. This means in effect that anything we think of, dwell on, or hold onto in our mind will at some point manifest in our life in one way or another.

Thought being energy, works in the universal to draw to us what we think of and earnestly believe in. It therefore benefits us immensely to hold onto thoughts that carry the quality of the things we desire and let go of any to the contrary.

Anytime you feel the urge to drop back into a negative emotion from past events, the best way to combat this is to have a ready affirmation or positive self talk that will immediately stop you dwelling on that negative thought and therefore sap its energy before it spirals into something else. You can also use the word "Cancel" and say it in a very firm way back to yourself.

Other examples include affirmations like: "I am strong and confident in all that I do", "I am living my life the way I desire", "I feel positive", "I have vibrant health", "I am happy", "I am loving" etc, or create a positive statement or statements that really feel personal to you.

Do this, even if at the beginning you do not feel the reality of these statements, you should be assured that the statements affirmed with "belief and confidence in yourself" will eventually take form in your life, with practice and ongoing repetition. You will be nourishing your soul with vital food for your daily living.

Also, do this with a feeling of absolute gratitude within you, because it is the feeling that give your thought the creative vitality. Gratitude is the platform that tells your subconscious mind that you are appreciative, so it goes to help you further in attaining your desires.

As you do, in time you'll surely begin to see the fruits of your labour. Endeavour to do this repeatedly, because you will gradually form the habit and also you should then begin to notice gradual changes in your life and affairs.

James Allen, a well known contributor on the subject of thought Power once said:

"If a man alters his thoughts towards things and other people, then things and other people will also alter towards him".

In another statement he said, "Let a man radically change his thoughts and he will be astonished at the material conditioning of his life. The divinity of our ends is ourselves".

To fully engage in this energy creation means to be absolutely clear with determination of our desires in life.

Letting go of negative emotions that serves no purpose but depletes energy in the body is essential, because as energy increases in the body with a more positive outlook on life, it feeds the various parts of the body with health and vitality, allowing you to slowly grow in harmony with your inner desires.

If you desire anything in life, the secret is to work in harmony with your innermost thoughts and to hold onto it with absolute will power and belief, knowing that you are part of the universal creative process of the mind.

Have your fixed purpose in mind and concentrate on it until achieved, then you can move to create another purpose. Little steps at a time, without any anxiety.

Try not to change your desires from one thing to another (before you have achieved the one held in mind) as this creates confusion and sets you back to start all over again.

Once Mastered, you can use this "Thought Power" to find and create your desired job, social interaction, relationships, finances, career promotion and anything that you truly desire.
