The problem of bad tenants is experienced by many distressed landlords. The bad tenants do not consider it as their moral and legal duty to pay the rent on time. They not only cause monetary damage to the landlord but they also cause mental anxiety because of the entire affair. These bad tenants sometimes also cause damage the property amounting to several thousand dollars. Knowing the meticulous and complex legal process many landlords go for forceful eviction which seems quite easy at that time. However there can be serious complications if the issue is brought under the supervision of the court.

It is generally assumed that eviction process takes a lot of time. This is quite true as well. After applying for the eviction plea of the bad tenant, the landlord has to bear much agony. The suffering is increased when the crooked bad tenant takes advantage of the situation and further exploits the tenant. It is not that the legal process is useless or slow. It is just that the court has to make enough investigations and hear the case of the tenant to decide whether he/she can be labeled as a bad tenant or not.

The court has to keep in mind his or her perspective as well to see that the justice is done. The attorney or the lawyer of the tenant takes advantage of this and makes the process so complex that the whole affair becomes timelier than it actually should be. It can be rightfully said that eviction process takes quite a lot of time. In the meantime the landlord not only has to bear all the legal expenses but also has to cope up with the increasing nuisance caused by the tenant. If the tenant is really shrewd then he can churn out money as good as rents of four weeks from the landlord which is not at all a bad or small fortune. However the landlord should keep his calm and rely on the justice and the law of the country to drive the bad tenant out of his home instead of using force.

It is quite known fact that legal hassles can leave almost anyone sour. It is also not advisable to use might as it would be more damaging to the landlord himself. The landlord should always take proper precautionary measures so that there is no need to go the court only.
