As the sun rose over green lushes mountains the turquoise sea sparkled with such elegance, white sandy coves passed by, all the while a calm serenity cradled me.

Where are you is what you're thinking? The answer is simple. I'm sailing on the sea in one of the most outstanding natural beauty spots in the world, Turkey. This mystical country fills me with intrigue, how I long to explore the vast history of this place. This endless array of time must certainly be given to sailing aboard a traditional gulet. Gulet Cruise is a unique experience and should be taken up by everyone once in their lifetime.

Why? It is truly amazing, the Gulet is a homely place to be and I feel relaxed, so relaxed as though I'm in a dream and don't want to wake up. The staff onboard are kind, generous and eager to please.

The food is outstanding all fresh produce, the fish is caught and served the same day, delicious salads, fresh fruit and vegetables and many other traditional delights. On board a gulet dining is always alfresco under millions of stars in warm summers evenings. Turkish Meze is a selection of appetizers or small dishes like stuffed peppers, yoghurt, pan fried aubergine, artichokes. The ancient alluvial river valleys between the high mountains grow a remarkable range of salads, vegetables and fruit. Pulses are traditionally cooked on slow heat in extra virgin olive and they are the favourites of vegetarians. This sailing holiday is catered for everyone.
