Remove the red meat from your diet and instead eat a diet of healthy fish and white meat chicken. All of these nutrients will flush out your cells and leave you feeling amazing, too.

Getting ready for all that dancing does require some exercise. It is often a good thing to spend a few hours in the gym working out. One of the best target exercises is weight training. You should be doing some light weight training on specific areas of your body that you want to be toned and looking fantastic. Of course, they are also able to dance you through the night when they are well cared for. Consider doing some weight exercises for your abs, buttocks, your legs and your arms.

You also want to focus on getting your stamina up. To do this, incorporate more aerobics into your workouts. You may even want to take a few high intensity dance classes where you can get in all of those important movements. You can also get more toned and in shape by practicing yoga daily. These types of exercises will increase your stamina and help you to slim up your body in all the right places. It can be a lot of fun if you go running with friends or head to the pool each morning for a swim.

Get your body in shape for prom. You will need it to look great and to work right for you on this night. It is important to remember that while you are doing all of this for prom, it is also part of a healthy, long-term exercise program.
