There’s nothing like a few days away at a sunny destination to relax and recharge your batteries. Or so you think. The fact is, most holidaymakers need at least a day or two to settle into doing nothing and get into holiday mode. By then, half your break may already be over.

We often fail to see that preparing for a holiday can put extra stress on you, especially when you have to sort out the last details at work and get everything in order at home.
