As far as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to video games. My father bought me a laptop when I was about 12; I took it to a friend’s house and he installed a game called ‘Quake II’ on my system. I took it home and began playing after supper. The laptop was only put away at five the next morning-and my ritual initiation into the world of gaming had begun!

From then on, I spent most of my free time blowing all sorts of nasty extraterrestrials to kingdom come. I waited eagerly for every new gaming release in the market and was among the first to bag it. I also noticed other games like ‘Death Race’ start to stutter on the menus when they had not before. I put it down to a temperature problem, but a simple test reported everything as normal. I opened up the system and found no dust or dirt. I ran a few other tests but nothing amiss in my system.
I ran several virus scans to remove spyware or malware Trojan horses if any is in the PC, and tried to troubleshoot the issue myself as best as I could, but to no avail. Frustrated, I phoned my friend and he gave me the number of a online PC tech support firm that fix computer errors & issues . I dialed the number of the computer optimization firm and was soon talking to a cheery remote laptop support services chap.

I explained the problem in detail and he assured me not to worry. He asked me to start my system and slowly but surely took me through the process of cleaning my system, to get rid of all viruses that had clogged up my hard drive. In less than half an hour, he had cleared up all issues in my laptop. I was overjoyed I could return to my world of gaming and thanked him profusely.
