Some of them will only indicate the time needed to complete them, but other than that, there are nothing else indicated. These kinds of plans may entice you into downloading them, but after you've opened the files, you'll notice that they are made by amateurs. Good and free woodworking projects will specify the materials and procedures needed in building them. So you'll immediately know if you can build a certain project considering your current equipments. Other than that, you will also see if a project is suitable for you. They will indicate the level of expertise needed in building each of them. Also, don't take any projects that are not in your native language or at least understandable enough for you.
