Fraud Claims are Rubbish & Irrelevant - By: Roy James

The world is full of cheats, I screamed. It was when I invested some amount in a Chit fund and it closed down without returning the amount. That day I made sure I will not be investing my money in any of the schemes. Just to term any company as a fraud without any proper evidence is wrong doing. Company is not working as per our expectations, so we shouldn't assume the output without actually looking in to the matter.

This was my experience 2 years back. You might be thinking that I stayed from such schemes; I am afraid but you are wrong. I once came across Pancard Club membership plan and the initial reaction was not again. I was so sure that even this scheme will be a scam but I was wrong. I doubted the company would cheat me but it was not the case. Pancard Clubs ltd. is the best company, I invested my amount in. There were no irregularities in their working or there schemes. Some accused the company of being fraud. I just cannot make out why the public is after a company who is not defaulting any of its members. The company treats its members very politely. If at all the company defaults its payment or promises one can say that the company is a fraud. I think it's just because the customer demanded more from the company, which the company may have refused. The fraud tag is not for Pancard Clubs, but for them who accuses company. Even I have come across many people who have invested in the Pancard Club Investment Plan and all of them are happy. They get to enjoy their holidays when they wish. Pancard Clubs even give some extra benefits to their members. They provide insurance policy, discount cards & medi-claim along with the investment policy. Pancard Clubs Ltd. even gives an option to gift your holidays to your near & dear ones. It means if you can’t utilize the room nights your friends or guest can utilize it on your behalf. One can enjoy their holidays in a wonderful way with their loved ones. Also, memories created here can be cherished throughout one’s life.

If at all if someone believes that the company is fraud or cheated some members then why not any of the concerned authorities didn't took any actions. Even the people who accused the company of fraud didn't try for any legal process against the companies. Well they know that company cannot be prosecuted as they have not done anything wrong. I think if the people start reading offer documents carefully then they will not do such things. They just assume such things and start blaming the companies when they see their assumptions are not reality. One shouldn't vouch entirely what he hears; he should make a genuine attempt to understand the concept. Only then he should invest his money in the scheme.

One should only worry more about the terms & conditions mentioned in the investment policy than the company one investing it.
