Frago bank robbery - By: Anna Petrescu

ROBBERY DESCRIPTION:
The time was 02:30 PM. Ms. Smith said she in was bank when a lone white male approached her and handed her a note demanding to be given roughly $ 5,000. Ms Smith stated that she gave the man $ 2,000 in twenty –dollar bill from her cash drawer. According to her, the male was approximately 5'10-6' tall, at least 200 pounds and he had brown hair, green eyed while his clothing’s constituted a red jacket, white shirt and a blue jeans. His accent sounded more Irish than American. Armed with a colt revolver, the suspect instructed the teller not to activate the bank alarm before he left the bank to join his co robber(s) who were waiting at a distance with a late model dark blue ford automobile.
INITIAL SUSPICION:
Instantaneously following the robbery, the bank manager authorized the bank doors to be closed without any one both the clients and workers leaving the premises. After the bank security alarm system was activated it became clear that it was malfunctioning. And as ms smith stated, the robber was one of the regular clients who were interested in acquiring mortgage loans from the bank. According to the bank manager, he suspected the robbery to have been internally planned by some of the workers. This was due to the fact that, only the bank employees knew that ms smith counter was the one assigned the task of processing deposits and withdrawals by all those who were running the banks current account.
ASSESSMENT:
According random security at the bank premises, it became apparent clear that, the bank lacked dependable security apparatus. As the teller alluded, the real picture of the robber would have been positively identified if the bank hand installed CCTV cameras in this premises (Tito, 2006). Hence, the loss incurred due to this robbery demanded that, all the staff to be treated as suspects until the real culprits were apprehended.
TREATMENT:
After the intensive interview with Ms. Smith, and the way she responded to the questions relating to the robbery, negligence by the bank administration to secure the premises with the security gadgets and poor remuneration played a critical role in facilitating this raid.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
I hope in this interview I have gathered all information concerning this case. If I can be of any extra assistance with view to this matter, please do not falter to inform this office.
Sincerely
