Fortune Hi Tech Marketing (FHTM) Builds Character – Attitude is the Key - By: Karen Stearns

What do character and circumstances, perspective and attitude have to do with being a successful FHTM rep? We often hear people say that circumstances reveal character, not that circumstances create character. Character reveals itself when challenged by events and circumstances but your attitude has everything to do with how you respond. Your attitudes create the seedbed for your character.

Your perspective on situations determines whether you will be filled with bitterness, resentment and develop a victim mentality. On the other hand, a positive attitude opens your mind to possibilities and influences just how you react to any given situation, good or bad. Developing the right attitude is paramount, especially in today's 24-7 negative news cycle. The right attitude will make every circumstance a situation that can become a success. By carrying the right attitudes with you - you will always make the place you are in, good or bad, the right place to achieve the extraordinary. Isn't it interesting that so many people who find themselves having it all, proceed to completely blow their opportunities by having a negative attitude.

The best example of this concept is in the Fortune Hi Tech Marketing business. In the FHTM business, we have all watched new Fortune reps completely fail because of their negative attitude. These FHTM reps complain about customer points, complain about attending meetings, talk about prospects but never get to the point of speaking with prospects. A FHTM rep cannot be successful unless they get their appropriate number of points and show the plan, and in a way that makes people want to join. You should follow the example of these leaders and learn from them and you will have a successful Fortune business of own.

You will be more successful if you have a positive attitude from the beginning of becoming a fortune rep, selecting support tools, meeting point requirements and taking all the FHTM training you can find. As is often said by Paul Orberson and his successful team of leaders, they want to 'meet you at the top'. With the right attitude you will be a highly successful FHTM leader.
