For corporations, LetsTalk offers a suite of powerful and flexible web-based applications that enable corporations to manage and control their wireless expenses. This solution features tools to optimize employee rate plans, track wireless devices, and simplify the procurement process. LetsTalk also provides its clients customized fulfillment services such as device programming and branded packaging.
History
LetsTalk launched its consumer site in December of 1999 offering its customers an expansive selection of wireless products, comprehensive calling plan choices, and the best customer service.
In 2000, LetsTalk began partnering with businesses developing co-branded procurement web sites and customized fulfillment.
In August, 2001, LetsTalk extended its relationships with Fortune 1000 companies by developing a suite of powerful enterprise tools that lower wireless costs through wireless asset management, cross-carrier billing consolidation, and rate plan optimization.
LetsTalk.com has raised $21.5 million in total funding from Brentwood Venture Capital, Accel Partners, H.I.G. Capital Management and Goldman Sachs.

Answer: Our Order Status page will allow you to check the status of your order at any time. You can login to access your account information above. Additionally, we communicate regularly with our customers through e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at time of order placement and status updates throughout the activation and shipping process. Be sure to check your e-mail frequently. If we we need to speak with you, we will send you an e-mail.
2. - Why are there different prices on your site for the same phone?
Answer: We receive different incentives from our carrier partners based on the type of transaction performed.

New Activation – Carriers allow us to apply greater discounts on these phones since they are activating a “new line of service” that has never been activated before.

Upgrade – Carriers allow us to apply a discount to encourage customers to continue their service. These discounts are typically not as rich as incentives for a new line of service.

Prepaid – Carriers typically do not allow for large discounts on prepaid phone phones.

Phone Only – Retail prices on phones without plans are much higher than any other option. The carrier does not allow any discounts off the price of these phones.
