Foods You Maybe Surprised That Keep Weight On - By: J A Alexander

Today I am going to discuss two foods that many people consider as healthy foods. The thing is these two foods are not and it would be best removing these from your diet if your aim is to lose weight.

The first of the two foods I am going to discuss in this article is wheat, yes wheat. Many people believe wheat is healthy for you.

What you have to remember wheat is ok in small doses but let’s look where we are getting wheat from in our diet.

Well there is bread; cereals contain wheat, bagels and pasta just to name a few. Now wheat is actually a fattening food and constantly eating wheat daily does not help when you are trying to lose weight.

Yes you maybe shocked by this, but by removing wheat from your diet; I know you would see a difference! Give it a go for a couple of weeks and you will see a difference and you will feel better for it too.

If you do give it a go you will start noticing that you will lose weight at a faster rate than before and that alone should be provide you with enough reason to cut wheat out of your diet to lose weight.

The other food item which is unhealthy for you is fruit juice! Yes your thinking that’s ok and healthy to have, unfortunately it is not.

When you take away the juice from the fruit itself, you are just left with a high sugar content drink, and you are missing out on the fibre and other good for you sources that come from the fruit.

What is happening when you have the sugar content fruit juice drink, you are not receiving the carbs from the fruit as the fibre etc. is left behind and so you take in more carbs later on become you start craving them from the sugar content going through your body.

If you were to of had the fruit as a whole, the fibre you would of received would slow down the blood sugar response in your body and then not crave anything else.

This is another reason why specialists say eat a lot of fruit because it is more beneficial to you than having fruit juice, as it helps keep the weight on.
If your goal is to lose weight and eat healthy.

Try removing wheat and fruit juice from your diet for a couple of weeks and you will notice the difference. Plus also incorporate some good exercises into your routine to up your heart rate as you will burn more fat which helps you exercise stomach muscles too.

If you do not give it a try you will not see the benefit of this knowledge.
Good luck
