If you are fortunate enough to be in a position to have a foreign holiday this year there are certainly many great value holidays available. Considering looking further a field and you benefit from some really cheap flights to America, popular destinations like Florida.

Florida is a great place for a holiday, there are so many things to see and you certainly get that grand feel when you arrive with the theme parks and the American way of life. Whatever your budget you can have a great time in Florida. Yes many people come to visit Disney World or Universal Studies Orlando however there is much more to see and for a lot less than the theme parks will charge for visiting them.

Florida has beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of them! You can spend time soaking up the sun and relaxing on the glorious sand or have fun with the kids. There are many festivals that go on throughout the year, so if you happen to visit you can experience the popular Jazz Fest, Arts festival or even the seafood festival!

How about the Kennedy Space Center where you can learn all about the shuttles that have launched, the process involved in setting up these launches and what is planned for the future. You can learn about Endeavour which launched just a few days ago, the mission it is on and what it is hoped it will discover.

How about renting a car and visiting Key West, travelling down the high ways and experience the different islands where you can take up some fishing or some snorkelling. The islands each have their own features and some are quite different to each other with the temperature varying quite significantly. You can pick up a rental car and experience the amazing views as you drive down to the islands.
