If something was to happen in an emergency would you know what to do? If for example one of your work colleagues fell and hurt themselves would you know how to relieve pain? If some one burnt themselves would you panic or would you know what to do?

That way no matter what shifts people are on there are first aid people in attendance. Of course their skills may never be called upon but if you don’t arrange it now then it could be too late.

The great thing about first aid training is that it really sets people up for life. So by arranging training for your employees you are really helping them. So it really is a win win situation for everyone involved. Why not have a look and see what first aid training courses are available for your local area and look at getting your employees trained up as soon as possible. Courses are relatively cheap and the benefit in the long run could be well worth it. Your employees can then go about their daily work knowing that they are safe, with the protection of some one first aid trained should their skills be needed.
