Find Baby Sex with Chinese Conception Calendar - By: Allan Michael Taylor

When waiting to see what the gender of your baby is going to be, the Chinese conception chart is a fun way to get a guess. This chart has been around for many centuries and is said to have been found in a royal tomb. It is now in the Beijing Institute of Science in China on display.

The chart is not based on any science and whether it is factual or not varies. The chart uses the age of the woman and the month of conception to decide whether the baby will be a boy or girl. Although, to get more accurate results it is best to use lunar months, which are 29 days long.

When the chart is broken down into age and conception month, you get an idea just about what you will be having anyway. That is if you are taking the chart seriously. The age range on the chart is 18 to 45. The best ages to be more likely to pop out a girl according to the chart are 21, 22, 30, 31, 32, 34. The second best ages are 19, 24, and 33. The best ages to have a boy are 18, 20, 23, 26, 31, and 43. The second best ages are 25, 27, 36, 37, 41, and 44. If you are 28, 29, 35, 40, 42, or 45, there is a 50% chance of having a boy or girl.

Looking at the conception months, things are less broad. The months do not lean as much one way or the other as the ages do. In January, February, May, and October the odds of having a boy are much higher than of having a girl. July is the best month to try to get pregnant if wanting to have a boy. June, August, September, and November, while not extremely greater, it is more common to have a girl according to the chart. April has better odds of producing a girl. If you do not care either way then March and December are good months for you.

It varies month to month and age to age, but the chart is not a science. This was most likely devised by Chinese people to make certain months and ages look better for having boys. Either way though, it is a fifty-fifty chance of having a boy or girl.

The Chinese conception chart should be used for entertainment purposes only. This should not be used to help you get an idea of what color to paint the baby's room or what kind of clothes to pick out. That is what your doctor is for. So, have some fun with the chart. Who knows it may turn out correct. There are only one of two things your baby can be.
