• Depression. When people cannot cope with certain stressors, they tend to get depressed and lose interest in whatever it is that they used to love. It is possible to recover from a minor depression, but a major one can take weeks or even months.

• Weight gain. When people get stressed, you might think that they would lose weight. Well, that is also possible. But for people experiencing fatigue adrenals, they are constantly craving for sweets and salty treats that they think would power them up through the day.

These are just some of the symptoms of fatigue adrenals. To prevent this from happening, busy people should take a break once in a while. It might not necessarily mean an extravagant vacation, it could only mean a five-minute alone time during work, or even a time to stretch your muscles and get those troubles off your mind even in a few minutes! These might just be a simple thing for some, but it could actually do wonders in removing stress in our lives!
