When we love, we should always tell that person or persons that we love them. Life is too uncertain to be stingy with our feelings or our words. Too many people leave their homes after having had an argument with the loved one who is on his/her way to go to work, or to school or just to the corner to run an errand and never come back! Then you are left with only a feeling of guilt or regret over the opportunity you missed.

Not everyone believes in love at first sight, but it does happen. How can you deny that feeling of looking at someone and feeling like you got sucker punched; in a good way of course. When you love someone, you think of what your future with this person will be like. Also you imagine what your mutual children would look like. This does not happen with lust. Lust, as everyone knows, is a purely physical feeling. Thoughts of spending your future with this person are not there. It is the here and now, wanting to be with that person if only for a short time. There are no feelings of loss when the person is gone because there were no feelings of love to begin with.

Some psychiatrists think that love at first sight depends on your mood when your first make eye contact with that other person. Psychiatrists also claim that men fall in love at first sight more frequently than women do. They are also believers in that people who fall in love at first sight do so because, subconsciously or not they are ready to do so. At the end of the date, how can you tell if it's going to be more than that?

When people fall in love, they are often nervous and anxious since they have not experienced love before. Especially when these feelings are a totally new experience. Don't push the feelings aside and don't try to deny them because strong feelings such as love are not easy to hide away from. Who knows, the person you are with, might be having similar thoughts and feelings you are.

People who are looking for love are trying to find that one person who will complement them and live with happily always. So, when you feel as if it has happened to you, pursue it, don't negate it. To love the right person is a great feeling.
