My hubby and I enjoy nothing more than traveling overseas. We have traveled over most of the planet. Even when the children arrived, we continued to take it easy in foreign locations.We have been fortunate enough to have traveled to several places, yet, our favoured holiday spot remains Spain.

The towns of Benidorm, Torrevieja and above all Javea appeal to us because of the picturesque district and the friendly people. The villas we have stayed in have been delightful. Tremendous swimming pools in great gardens have always been available. The villas have also had open dining and living rooms, with contemporary furnishings and charming bedrooms for a solid night's sleep.

The other week my children and grandchildren came to see us and we all ended up looking at grand photographs of our previous holidays. We began chatting and thought what a very great idea it would be to buy a villa for ourselves in Spain. We have continuously dreamt of living overseas and now seemed a perfect time to do it. This would make a smashing investment chance and a superb holiday home for all the family to enjoy.

We earnestly began to look on the internet for websites that offered villas to purchase. Pretty much straight away a perfect site appeared. They were selling pretty apartments, villas and plots of land at first-class prices. Located on the Spanish coastal area of Costa Blanca, Javea has always been a lovely destination that me and my hubby enjoy. The scenery there is indeed beautiful and is trouble-free to reach by air with Alicante only being around eighty kilometers away.

It turned out that the site that appealed to us had been selling Spanish properties to foreigners for many years. For anyone who wants to live overseas and invest, the list of property for sale is expansive.The chance to savor a restful lifestyle set in a luxuriant villa is one not to be missed. We were utterly astonished at the countless villas that were for sale. Most have panoramic views of the sea and are set in gorgeous locations. Eventually we decided on a villa that had been likeable to us from the start. It had a large kitchen, modern bathroom and three very huge bedrooms. There is also a beautiful swimming pool set in the luscious garden and a calm terrace to relax on. You will not be dis-appointed if you are thinking of purchasing property in Spain.
