Delete any Interface folder that you see there, as well as the Cache and WTF folders. These folders contain temporary files and will be recreated the next time you launch the game.

The game will display the default interface the photo editing service next time you start. It will also be necessary to change any video and sound options back to your preferred settings after deleting the above folders. A step by step guide can be viewed here.
