It is possible to remove up to 99% of germs from a surface after spraying it with alkaline water. In cases where the water has a low pH of 2.5 or below, any bacteria or germs that will encounter it will die automatically. Ionized or alkaline water is suitable for drinking and for all types of cleaning.
