Enterprise coffee grinder is very popular but not in the coffee brewing process. So, imagine buying a coffee grinder which cannot assist you in brewing coffee, would you actually get it?

The fact is you would probably not use enterprise coffee grinder to grind your coffee beans, because they have the same issue as most of the blade coffee grinder. This is an issue which even if with the best coffee makers, you would not be able to resolve.

Blade grinder usually produces uneven and inconsistent coffee grounds that when used in brewing coffee would result in either over extraction or under extraction. Over extraction gives you very bitter coffee while under extraction gives you very dilute coffee.

I believe neither of the coffee is what you look for right? That is the reason why I said that even if the enterprise coffee grinder is useable today, you would not want to use it to grind your coffee beans.

Then, there is another reason why you would not want to use this grinder -it is very old. Some of it can be as old as a hundred years old and so pieces that are this old is consider to be antique.

We all know that antique can be quite valuable and so, you would not want to use a thousand over dollars piece of equipment to brew your coffee right? This would be something that you buy and keep it for ornamental purpose.

And that would also answer the question why people are buying them but not using them. In fact, I think the folks that buy them, most of them would probably not know much about coffee brewing.

They are merely buying it to keep as a piece of antique in the hope that it would appreciate in value one of these days.
