Roquetas de Mar which situated in the province of Almeria onthe south east coast of Spain part of the region of Andalucia. Roquetas de Mar has turned into quite an exciting region for tourists to go to with hotels, restaurants and shops, the region is so popular with Spanish visitors as well as tourists from the UK, Ireland and Germany. If you are not around for the festival then you will see homage to Santa Ana evident throughout the town in the buildings and statues and of course the 16th Century Santa Ana Castle and the Roman Santa Ana lighthouse.
