EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a form of psychological acupressure based over the ancient principles of acupuncture. Rather then needles, EFT combines gentle tapping with key acupuncture points while focusing your thoughts on pain, uncomfortable emotions, memories, cravings or any other problem. EFT is a free of charge therapy that helps the body to re-balance itself, and accelerates healing.

An energy imbalance in the body can cause effects which include illness, physical pain, depression, anxiety, fear, anger, etc. EFT balances the energy system and allows you relieve psychological stress together with physical pain. Restoring the balance in the energy system allows the mind and body to resume their organic healing abilities. EFT often works when nothing altogether different will.
