This is because B vitamins are naturally water soluble. Therefore, if you take in too much of it, your body will just flush it out and eliminate the excess. Just like caffeine, B vitamins supply a lot of energy to the body. The only different thing is that B vitamins are healthier and do not involve energy crash.

Relax Before Going to Bed. If you have decided to sleep, then sleep immediately. It is better to clear your mind of any thoughts before going to bed to help you relax and be able to rest immediately. The bed symbolizes taking a break from all the worries of the day. Therefore, give yourself a treat and forget all your problems just before you sleep. You can think about them again the next morning.

Get Rid of Sleeping Pills. Unless you suffer from sleep disorders like insomnia, you should avoid taking sleeping pills. This is because sleeping pills can make you feel tired the next morning. It is true that they help you in sleeping faster. But it’s too fast that you are going to skip the important REM stage. Skipping the REM stage will not complete your sleep cycle and therefore, your body will feel sluggish and you will feel sleepy the next day.

Learn How to Delegate and Manage Time. Sometimes, people tend to overwork because they have too many things to do in their schedule. Overworking can be avoided or lessen if you learn how to manage your time and prioritize things. At the beginning of the day, make a schedule and plan the things you are going to do. This way, you can keep track of your schedule and this will also help you in allotting time for relaxing.
