The teachers need to be motivated well for their staff training and development sessions. It becomes monotonous, if the similar sessions are followed every time. The training sessions need to be innovative, such that the teachers do not get bored by the same routine. Different aspects should be chosen to get better prospects for future. The presentation style also needs to be unique and the topics included in discussion should be thoughtful. It is important to take care of the ways and methods of presentation of ideas and representing them in the best possible way.
Value of time:
The time given by staff members should be valued and particularly for teacher training, it is important to manage time and tasks. Teachers get motivated, if the activities performed by them give good impact and draws good attention of people. CDs, DVDs, Emails etc are the resources, which can be used for settling down the mood of staff in the beginning. The concepts and ideas of the training modules should be made very clear to the people and it makes better prospects of learning for the center and children. Information is shared in the best way, if it is interesting and portrayed in a correct manner. It is important for making correct strategies for teaching training and staff development because the whole future of the children depends on the things they are taught in schools and colleges.
