Your Healthy Weight Loss.

As you commit to be healthy and lose weight you embark on a weight loss program with all the intentions of being successful. Well success in healthy weight loss is like all success in life. As your success is based on your motivation, commitment, focus and accountability. No matter what goals you set, without action they will not be met. Therefore you are accountable for your actions or in actions.

Personal Accountability.

Many experts, myself included, suggest you should have an accountability partner. That is true and they are helpful. Yet, if you do not take personal ownership of your actions the accountability partner serves no purpose. If you are not honest with yourself, what use is someone else pointing out things for you. It starts with you. It starts with me. The same thing is true for a fitness or weight loss coach. No coach can help you if you deny truth and refuse to accept personal accountability. Especially if you want to get into shape or lose weight. These are personal goals not business or organizational goals.

Success Formula.

So whether you set personal goals, fitness goals, weight loss goals, business goals, family goals, relationship goals, education goals, sales goals, etc., etc. The formula for success is the same.

Motivation- you establish a motivation to accomplish something and commit to achieving it.

Action Plan- now you set a plan with specific action items that are measurable and have time limitations that will allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and the activities.

Action- this is the doing. Now do the activities and take the action necessary to accomplish your goal.

Evaluate- you must measure, monitor and evaluate your action plan and your activities to determine their effectiveness.

Accountability- as your goals, action plan, activities and the results thereof are based on your motivation, focus, commitment and follow through. It is imperative that you accept personal responsibility as you evaluate the effectiveness of you meeting your goals. Change what you need to change and be true to yourself regarding your part in your success or failure. This honest evaluation allows growth. Without it we stay stagnant. If you have a coach, mentor, or accountability partner to help you lose weight accept their honest evaluation and change as necessary. Do the work for your success.

Final Analysis.

If you are motivated, committed, focused and have a goal in mind. Consider working with a personal coach, weight loss coach or fitness coach to help you meet your goals. Be prepared for honest evaluation from them make the necessary changes as you do the work to be successful. You will accomplish more, get in shape, lose weight and grow with your coach if you are honest with yourself and be personally accountable for your actions, activities and follow through. No matter what the past shows you can do it now. Just Do It. Yes U Can.
