Easy Ways To Become Pregnant - By: Dave Arnoldi

Many couples who are trying to conceive and are doing research into easy ways, become pregnant faster than others. However, conception is not just a matter of having sex, but requires more effort than that for some couples.

For those couples that are struggling, not all hope is lost. New infertility treatments are continually being developed. Of course, your infertility may not be related to a medical cause, in which case you may have to look elsewhere for solutions. A good place to start looking is at your lifestyle and whether or not here are some changes you can make there.

The areas of your lifestyle that you can take a look at and potentially change include making sure you’re eating a healthy protein and dairy rich diet, exercising regularly, removing all sources of stress from your life as far as possible and ceasing all habits that are injurious to your body such as cigarettes, alcohol, illegal drugs and caffeine.

Also, before attempting to conceive, both your partner and yourself should pay a visit to your local doctor to ensure that there are no underlying medical conditions that could potentially harm your baby, or your chances of conception.

Determine when your most fertile period is. The most fertile time for a woman is two or three days before ovulation. Ovulation is when your body releases an egg from the ovaries. That egg only remains in the fallopian tubes for a maximum of 24 hours. As the male sperm can survive within the body for up to a week, having sex two to three days before ovulation is to occur ensures that you have the highest possible chance of a sperm reaching the egg and for fertilisation to occur.

There are several things you can do to gauge when ovulation is likely to occur. These include the costly method of taking an ovulation predictor test, monitoring either your cervical mucus or your body basal temperature, or using the newest method of ovulation predictor – the OV watch.

Remember, the younger and healthier you are, the more likely you are to conceive quickly. It is a great deal harder and more of a struggle for older women to conceive and have a baby as the quality of the eggs decrease each year. Also, women who are underweight or overweight have a harder time conceiving than those women whose body mass index (BMI) falls within the normal range.
