It will be ready in just 30 minutes according to experts. Let the sugars, water, honey and cinnamon boil in a saucepan without stirring and get the saucepan out of the heat when it reaches 240 degrees in your candy thermometer. Add the vanilla and rum and let it cool off. Beat it till it turns creamy and stir in pecans till become coated
