There are some mistakes in our life. Lot of people do some sit-up to let them have flat underbelly. In fact, local motions won't let your underbelly to be plane. Though fats store in certain part of one's body, that is body's all fats. Intake of less fats and take aerobic exercise is the only and one way to lose fats.
The false idea is take exercise can change the fats into muscle. In fact, because the difference between fat tissue and muscle tissue, we can't make the fat tissue change into muscle tissue. There is a widespread belief that do exercise until ache all over can make body health. The right way to take exercise is do sport and talking at the same time. It was wrong to think that you need more protein as energy. The less protein you intake, you will not have so tired feeling. While you taking exercises, you need more carbohydrate than protein.
Running can lose more calories than walking is a popular fallacy. Actually, the same calories and energy used up to finish the same distance, only the walking time is longer than running time to finish a certain distance.
In our daily life, lot of people put on rubber clothes to flow more sweat to lose our weight. Not only flow sweat can't burn the fats, and the rubber clothes will fight the body temperture to cooling.
We always take exercise when we get ill, it is really a popular fallacy. We need more rest when we not feeling very well. If you do sports, a part of your body tissue is running,too, so our body can't put all of energy to restore our illness.
It is thought that morning is the best time to take exercises, everybody take exercise any time. When to do sport is upon to your habits. The most important thing is if you take exercise. The experts suggest that the one exception thing is avoid the hottest and wettest day.
Some people think before we do sports we cannot eat anything, but it not fit all of people. People who take breakfast do sports must better than the hungry people. So we always walking after dinner.
In some people's opinion, do some heavy exercise has great effect. In fact, heavy exercise must take opponent effect. It is said that much more exercise is equivalent dangerous by expert. Especially for the man who just start do exercise, our body must have good rest and restore. To have three times successful exercise in a week, must better than do six times unsuccessful sports, and you must will not have double advantage. The benefit will just get a little more. Simultaneously, your body will be hurt by dangerous sports. How to face this? The best way is enough and enough, the same as eating and exercising.
As we know, some people do sports and have good effect. And the sub-health people should have doctor's suggest before their exercise. We should have right recognize on sports.
