Do You Have Tonsil Stones? - How To Cure Tonsil Stones For Good (Tonsilloliths) - By: John Reece

How to cure tonsil stones for good is something many of us with this condition try our up most to achieve. Firstly though, we need to know what they are, how they form and why so many with tonsil stones (tonsilloliths) also have bad breath problems.

Tonsil stones are whitish/yellow lumps that form in our tonsils and are either coughed up or swallowed from time to time. They are made up of mucous, sulfur-producing bacteria, post-nasal drip, dead cells and food particles that collect in crypts within the tonsil region at the back of the throat. Some of us only produce small stones while others can produce much larger ones, which very often lead to a sore throat and the feeling of a foreign body stuck in the throat.

I don't know how long the stones take to form, as there doesn't seem to be any available data on this, but I do know that many sufferers also endure bad breath. Even with good oral hygiene it does not stop the problem. It is the combination of sulfur-producing bacteria found on the back of your tongue and the forming of the foul smelling tonsil stone (tonsillolith) that gives you halitosis, generally known as bad breath.

So what can we do to cure tonsil stones and any bad breath problems we may have?

Well, first and foremost we need to make sure good day-to-day oral hygiene is achieved by brushing our teeth two to three times a day, using dental floss daily and a tongue scraper every time we brush our teeth. Using a mouthwash can also be an excellent idea as long as it is non-alcohol based because alcohol can dry out your mouth.

The next stage is to know how to cure tonsil stones for good.

I personally suffered with tonsilloliths and halitosis for a long time and know all to well how it can really get you down. After buying expensive ebooks that promised a cure and trying many so-called remedies over the years, I never found anything that really worked other than perhaps masking my bad breath for a couple of hours, which was not what I was looking for. What I really wanted was a permanent solution to my problem, something which would always give me fresh breath and get rid of my tonsil stones for good.

After thoroughly researching a product, which was getting a lot of positive coverage I decided to take the plunge and send off for the recommended tonsil stones treatment, even though I was a little sceptical at first. Well, without getting over excited, what can I say? Truly amazing, this is the only way to describe the results I personally achieved.

My bad breath (halitosis) totally disappeared which can only be described as remarkable and I will be honest here, my tonsils stones did not disappear completely but did subside dramatically to the point of only getting the odd small stone very occasionally. There are many who cure their problem completely with this treatment, but I am perfectly happy with my result, as it is the only treatment, which made any real difference for me.

If you have a problem with tonsilloliths then you need to get hold of the best cure available and give it a try. If it works for you great, but if it doesn’t at least you have done something positive and given it a go. There is a solution to your problem and it’s worth that little bit of effort to be tonsil stone free and to achieve that fresh breath feeling.
