And in no time, you will have some shiny and sparkly teeth. If you do this, then if your teeth has any ugly spots or stains, those will be removed in no time. Then you will be able to flash your teeth to all and sundry at will.
There are a few reasons why our teeth need whitening at all:
· Bad food habits
· Nicotine and tobacco.
· Irregular brushing habits
Often people end up ignoring these signs. However you should get things fixed as soon as possible. There are many ways in which you can give your teeth that sparkle:
· teeth swabs
· whitening gels
· medical procedures like bleaching.

What to do and what not to do:
A lot of professionals advise not to use any sort of whitening gels for the whitening. One of the reasons is that it takes a lot of time for those to take any effect. Thus it can often be a complete waste of time. Another reason is that using these gels can often become a very messy affair as well. It can often spill over the clothes and hands, making the whole thing very messy. Another thing is that these are not very effective as well. Oxidising agents are really not that great for this.
One form of a teeth whitener is by using any form of a medical procedure. This is also called power bleaching or what is also called laser bleaching.
This is one of the better and more effective ways of getting some sparkly white teeth. This has some of the best results for this procedure. It is quite simple and takes some time in a dentist office to achieve.
There are some of the agents which are used in these procedures :
· chemicals like calcium carbonate.
· Bleaches like peroxide

Side effects of whitening:
While having or wanting to have white teeth is no crime, there are some risks which go with it. You should know them before taking any leap:
· One of the things that can happen with bleaching at home is the reducing of tooth enamel.
· The soft tissues can melt and cause irritation. The place can become sensitive as well
· Tooth enamel can also get damaged.
· There can be bleach marks or burns as a result of the laser bleach procedures. This happens due to the high powered laser rays.
· Various other forms of teeth damage as well.
Thus, now that you know all about it, take an informed decision.
