People have different opinion to running diets. Good diets may fit some people, but not always like that. This topic is always being talked a lot because the result is different to different people. In this article, you may find some uncommon things.
I started running exercise several years ago, but not long after that, I started to eat have a redundant lunch, Two hamburgers, French fried snacks and some milk drinks. But I regret doing that and can not control my diet, I feel physically heavy, and I almost can not imagine the horrific scene of running. I struggled to finish the running exercise and all this is depend on my strong will, no happy experience at all. But the result is not like that, I run faster than the previous day, feel like floating, almost without touching the ground. My feet like swings, light and quick touch the asphalt, sand and grass.
Another experience of running is when I eat not full. I was doing exercise and preparing for a marathon game, I want to feel thinner and lighter than before. Before starting, I feel tired and no power. In addition, the weather was very hot, ninety degrees Fahrenheit. I think the last two running experiences in the same scene, I am not pleased at all. However, when I am running along with the road side and adjust the rhythm, I feel that day is not same day. So I ignore the high temperature, run on the sticky asphalt road along easily and feel relaxed, strong and no weariness. At a park three miles from my home, there is a river, I stopped to drink water, then run forward again. Watch the beautiful landscape and the boat passing away. Towards the end of the running; I finally feel a little tired and feel obliged to slow down not.
From these two running, with identical different nutritional supply, the conclusion is that our body has amazing adjustment ability. Another conclusion is that nutritional supply is not the most important. You can increase the capacity of running by reasonable diet. From long period aspect, you may get good performance by good diets buy you can not guarantee certain running game. There are many other variables in the process of running.
Many professional nutritionists can not agree on the same inclusion. Such as, is it good to stop diet before running? This certainly is a fundamental problem.
Even for the same regimen, two people may get different responses, so each of us need to know the special body conditions. So a authorized expert said that "A method that matches one person may not match other peoples, we will be ok if only do not eat unreasonable and choose diets too much".
