Please don't thing that this means you can eat everything you want. Obviously you will still want to watch what you eat since there are some meatless foods which are just as fattening as foods that contain meat.

The main thing you will need to get is a list of food replacements for the meat that you used to eat. You really need to do this because meat has protein and you will still need the protein in your new diet.

When changing to this new diet your body will need to take some some time to get used to the changes. I recommend that you try moving into this diet gradually, slowly adding new ingredients and gradually taking away some ingredients. Adjusting this way will help keep your blood sugar levels stable however you want to be sure to check it with your blood sugar tester to keep it at a steady level.
