By now, you already know that you should be consuming between one and two quarts 1.14 to 2.27 liters) of juice per day. There are many different ways people do this. Day 3 Detox Juicing Recipes

For your day 3 detox juicing, you may want to try a few new recipes. Here are a few new ones you might not have thought of yet:

Detox Supreme

1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 small beets
1 carrot
2 ribs celery

Juice all ingredients separately before adding them together! This one can be strong tasting and also a pretty powerful cleanser, so if you have to dilute it in a 1:1 ratio, that’s okay.

Pumpkin Pie Detox Juice

½ pumpkin (save the seeds for a few days after you’re finished juicing)
2 apples
1 pear
3 ribs celery
1 cup strawberries
Cinnamon, pinch

Juice all ingredients. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top of this juice. Refrigerate. It’s great-tasting.
