1. If you feel alone, seek out family associates and friends, or community, religious or social services. They can offer support and companionship.

2. Try to accept family members and friends as they are, even if they don't live up to your prospect.

3. Make yourself busy. Prepare a plan for shopping, visiting friends and other activities. It will help prevent any mental stress and grieve.

4. Take adequate sleep for 8-10 hours.

5. Listen to light music. It is also very obliging in stress reduction.

6. Do not take foods or drinks with alcohol, caffeine, chocolate or sugar.

7. You can also take vitamin A and B to and raw materials such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium, to reduce the emotion of irritability and anxiety. They are also useful to relieve stress.

1. Yogurt is the home remedy for stress. It is rich in vitamin A, B complex and vitamin D. It provide relief from insomnia, migraine and cramps linked with menstruation. It is a best diet for stress.
2. Make a tea by torrential a cup of hot water over one teaspoon of dried sage leaves. Strain and sweetened, with honey, if required. This is also good natural remedy for stress.
3. Blackstrap molasses are another effectual food remedy. It is a by-product of the sugar refining procedure and is rich in iron and B vitamins.
4. Alfalfa and sunflower seeds are also effective in the stress treatment.
5. Sprouts are also effectual diet for stress as they are rich in calcium.
6. The leaves of holy aromatic plant known as tulsi are highly beneficial in the stress treatment. Chew 12 leaves of basil twice a day morning and evening for preventing stress. Tulsi is known as adaptogen or antis tress agents.
7. Stress cure - Brisk walk for at least 45 minutes daily is also effective in dealing with stress.
