Doctors just don’t spend the time to sit down with their patients and find out what their patients problems really are. If they could spend the time needed to figure out peoples problems, I'm sure they would be able to help their patients find the cause of their depression and provide some effective help. But doctors have a great deal of expenses to pay for like expensive cars and big homes so don't hold your breath waiting for some kind of real help from a doctor. It's much less time consuming to to just prescribe some pills for depression. When a person is depressed and on powerful medication they are more accident prone and they seem to complain about many other aches & pains.

My name is Sam Meranto from All Faith Self Help Center for Pain and Depression and I would like to give you an actual case history of depression and pain...

I was at a health convention in Phoenix, AZ, where I was a guest speaker. While on stage I asked for a volunteer that had both pain and depression problems. A fourth four years old woman named Armida Caraveo came up on stage (she gave me permission to tell her story if it would help other people with similar problems). She was rushed to the hospital over 25 times in the last 18 years with excruciating migraine headaches. She has been to more than 15 medical doctors and 5 psychiatrists who couldn't’t find out the problem so they just gave her pain medication.
I asked if she had a happy childhood? She said “Yes I love my mother and father”. I asked her if she had any brothers or sisters and she said there was nine others. She said they all got along fine and her childhood was a beautiful experience.
I asked if she was married and she said, "Yes 18 years ago, but now I am divorced". She said she had one son, age 17. I asked her what happened to the marriage and she said "My husband accused me of cheating and said that our child was not his.

From the information I just gave, can you figure out why she had depression and headaches?

Armida had a good childhood and close to her mother and father. When she got married she expected the same kind relationship with her husband. When the man she married accused her of cheating and carrying someone else’s child, it was devastating. And this gave her her first severe headache.
Then over the next 18 years every time a man gave her any attention her subconscious mind reacted and created a flash back to her bad marriage and the depression and pain would start over. And just like the first time, the headache so bad she would have to be hospitalized.
Once I explained to her why she was getting the headaches she was then able to control her emotions. I made up some behavior modification sessions for her and she has been listening to them when ever she feels depression and pain problems coming back into her life. The doctors gave her strong prescribed drugs that did nothing to address the cause of the problem, only deal with the symptoms. Armida spent 18 years of her life suffering needlessly from pain and depression when the solution was so simple to begin with.
