This spaghetti chicken recipes is easy to prepare and can be easily made for family meals, dinners, picnics, office parties and anyone who likes a good easy meal. However the ease to cook this dish should not be taken to underestimate this tasty dish. This makes it enjoyable to cook and taste.

To make the spaghetti recipe with chicken for 5, one needs; 5 boneless chopped chicken breasts, cream of mushroom soup, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 large chopped onion, vegetable oil, tomato paste, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix mushroom soup, pepper and onion and place this mixture aside. Cook the chicken in salted water for slightly over 20 minutes on medium heat. The chicken should not be left to cook for long as it may break into smaller pieces. Place the soup mixture in heated oil. Add the tomato paste, sliced tomatoes. Add a glass of water and chicken and simmer for 35 minutes. Add salt to taste.

The spaghetti is to be cooked according to the written package instructions. However one can have chicken broth in the place of water. Thin spaghetti is more preferred for this. Drain the spaghetti. Combine the drained spaghetti with the chicken mixture in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to about 350oC. Cover the mixture with cheese and bake. Remove when the cheese has fully melted or if it’s bubbly (this takes approximately 40 minutes). However if the food was refrigerated, caution is to be taken to cook for longer lest the food undercooks. Hence more heat is to be applied or with the same heat but more time allowed vigilantly.

Chopped boneless chicken breast is preferred because it is easier to cook and cooks faster. If one wants to add some garlic taste to their food, they can have the chicken simmered in garlic salt. This spaghetti chicken recipe is best served warm.
